As a senior expert with broad experience in Caribbean SIDS, Aljoscha's main technical expertise is facilitating innovative stakeholder collaborations regarding sustainable green & blue economy, responsible tourism, protected area management, environmental resource management, marine and terrestrial conservation, and organizational capacity building. 

Aljoscha has demonstrable experience with EU/Budget, EDF, IDB and other regional, international and multilateral donor organization funded projects, civil society, academic and governmental institutions, and the private industry sector, managing projects up to 4.2m Euro. Aljoscha is well equipped to bridge between stakeholders of various backgrounds and mitigate communication hindrances.

He is a founding Director of North East Tobago’s most outstanding ENGO and has been project lead in award- winning interventions. Notably, he was the team leader for drafting the technical documents for NE Tobago’s successful nomination as a UNESCO MaB Reserve, lead on drafting the dossier to list Tobago’s Main Ridge Forest Reserve as the first Natural National Heritage Site, as well as on a Sustainable Shark and Ray Management Plan for the MaB Reserve.
