Beate Fleps

Beate is a developing consultant at Syntegra Change Architects Limited following her internship with the company. After being an ambassador for Plant for the Planet and planting trees at a (very) young age, climate protection was always one of her topics.

She has been working for the Green Party's city council faction in Munich. As a dual student she has gained a lot of experience in local politics while acquiring a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Public Management. Her focus has been on the role of public administration in leading and supporting sustainability, especially in collaboration with the private sector. In her future trainings and research she will focus on Public Value and Public Governance.

Before working in the public sector, she worked in the marketing sector in Frankfurt and Barcelona. What both companies had in common, was the importance of purpose - how and what should be promoted to offer a certain added value. She received trainings on and had responsibilities for communication as well as administration.
