LEON TOH

Leon is the Executive Director of Damson Capital, an impact investment holdings company in Singapore, investing in early-stage entrepreneurs building companies that solve the world’s most challenging problems in Asia through innovative solutions and business models.

Concurrently, Leon serves on various boards across Asia and Europe in the sectors of green logistics, renewable energy, agriculture and biotechnology. Leon is also the cofounder of the ethically & sustainably sourced jewelry brand, EDEN + ELIE in Singapore, training autistic adults to be skilled artisans.

In his earlier professional career, Leon was a Management Consultant with Accenture, a petrochemical price reporter with the Independent Chemical Intelligence Service (ICIS) and conducted econometrics research in Timor Leste studying Seasonal Famine challenges with coffee farming households.

Leon is a graduate of Monash University, with a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance and a Bachelor of Economics.
